ANOTHER STEP TOWARDS BUILDING MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR PETROLEUM MARKETING VENTURE
OKLAHOMA CITY, June 9 - SPI Petroleum LLC, a nationwide independent marketer of petroleum products, today announced it has acquired the majority of the assets and business operations of Trevco, Inc., a regional petroleum marketer headquartered in Craig, CO. Trevco is anticipated to integrate smoothly into the Rocky Mountain operations of SPI's operating subsidiary, Simons Petroleum, Inc.
The addition of Trevco will expand Simons' geographic footprint in the region, thereby improving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer service. The execution of plans for additional expansion is currently underway. Key personnel from Trevco will join Simons to continue to serve the industry and supply the customer base with the highest level of customer service.
