1. An innovative professional services offering to trucking fleets
    a) Cost control programs (reduction in price volatility)
    b) Fuel management programs (best practice processes for lower daily fuel costs)

2. Foot traffic for the truck stop's multiple profit centers

3. Sales and marketing staff

4. Fuel inventory for Pathway customers

5. Accounts receivable / credit risk for Pathway customers

Pathway's truck stop partners contribute the following:

1. Assets to facilitate the delivery of fuel

2. Driver amenities such as showers, parking, restaurant, restrooms, etc.

3. Brand awareness

4. Sales and marketing staff
